Science in the Dock
A public lecture by Mike Tipton, Professor of Human & Applied Physiology, University of Portsmouth. Mike Tipton will discuss some of the Court cases he has been involved in. From manslaughter charges for swimming lessons, to shark viewing trips that have gone badly wrong, Professor Tipton will demonstrate how science can help in the search for truth. This is a Science Week lecture.
Admission free. Lecture 6-7pm, followed by a drinks reception.
