A world class course with all the support you’d expect from a top end race. The race starts and runs through the village so enjoy the atmosphere and get a good pace on. The roads are pretty easy going and as some may call it ‘undulating’! After you’ve enjoyed running past The Sun there’s a bit of a hill before fantastic roads sweep round past Hell’s mouth, Llangian & then there’s a few hills between 7 & 8 miles.
