Meditation is a simple practice that everyone can learn. Through meditation, we can reduce stress and worry, discover real lasting inner peace and intergrate the experience of meditation into our daily life. You can attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained, or you can just come along to try a session.
You do not need to book in advance, simply pay when you arrive.
