CAIRNS + WHITE PILLARS

This challenging 10 mile walk is being led by Richard Tyler, former Elan Valley Trustee and current Footpath Secretary of the Powys Ramblers. The walk takes in the highest point on the Elan Estate, Drygarn Fawr, and onto the adjoining Abergwesyn Commons putting Bronze Age great cairns and distinctive quartz pillars into the context of this remote and wild landscape.
