Open garden at Rayrigg Hall
The garden and surroundings at Rayrigg Hall consists of 7 acres, situated on Windermere’s lake shore. The garden is currently being restored having been dormant for 15 years. There are a number of historic features including a charr pond, two hahas, a 1780 boathouse and a number of fine old trees. New features include two pergolas, a slate gazebo and a sunburst bridge.
If you like you may play croquet on the lawn.
