The Wellness Day organised by the Guildford Woking
Complementary Health network (GWCH) helps promote holistic approaches to health. It gives an opportunity for the public to meet local Complementary therapists and experience a sample treatment. The therapies represented will range from Reflexology, Reiki and Massage to Ayurveda and many more. Also present are several stalls selling a selection of natural beauty and health products. A Raffle and a second-hand health books stall will raise funds
