Shrewsbury Phoenix Singers Jubilee Concert
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of their founding by Richard White in 1965 the Phoenix Singers have organised two concerts this year, both featuring orchestra and soloists. The first concert is on Saturday April 25th at 7.30pm, with a performance of Bach’s Magnificat and Haydn’s Nelson Mass in St Chad’s Church, Shrewsbury. Soloists are Natalie Clifton-Griffith, Claire Eadington, Ashley Turnell and Lawrence White, and the orchestra will be led by Paul Bramwell.Phoenix Conductor Richard Walker s
