Roald Dahl Festival 2015
The scrumdiddlyumptious free-to-enter family favourite brings thousands of children, families and visitors to Aylesbury Town Centre every year. The festival on Saturday 4 July celebrates the world-renowned author Roald Dahl, and includes an eye-popping parade of puppets and costumes by local children of characters from Dahl’s best known books – this year featuring The Twits! There’s also hands-on craft activities, storytelling, live music, and inflatable fun for all the family to enjoy, whatever
The parade starts at 11am, followed by activities and events until 3pm. The festival is free to enter. Many of the activities are free though some charge a small amount.
