British Archaeology - Tours of the Townmill, Lyme Regis
The Townmil, Lyme Regis dating from 1340, was restored and opened to the public in 2001. Visitors can now take tours of the mill and interact with the miller as he grinds the organic wheat and produces the stoneground flour. For The Festival of Archaeology additional tour guides, with a specialist interest in archaeology, will be provided.
