British Archaeology - Rhuddgaer excavation open day, nr Dwyran, Anglesey
Guided tours of the community excavation of a medieval site being undertaken by volunteers will be led by Gwynedd Archaeological Trust (GAT) and Bangor University archaeologists.
Information regarding the archaeology of the area, the work undertaken by GAT and how people can get involved in GAT activities will be available. There will be some archaeological activities directly related to the excavation suitable for families. There will be no excavation volunteer opportunities on the open day i
