Charity garden opening under the National Garden Scheme. Extensive walled gardens of 6 acres redesigned by Penelope Hobhouse and Rupert Golby, structured with box hedging creating different garden rooms. Exciting herbaceous borders with beautiful standard wisterias. 70ft ginkgo hedge and ancient mulberry tree. Atmospheric water garden with life size gunnera/rhododendrons. Festival of Tulips 20,000 new bulbs/15,000 1yr old bulbs planted in wild meadow, Sat 18, Sat 25 and Sun 26 Apr (not for NGS),
