NGS Open Garden - Shieling
Charity garden opening under the National Garden Scheme. A one acre garden restored to its original 1920’s design. The front is a formal garden with island beds and shrub borders At the back there is a surprise with a large rock garden planted with bulbs, perennials and shrubs. The rest is a woodland garden with acid loving plants and some old and interesting trees and shrubs. Articles in local village magazine, Gardeners World and Surrey Life.
Mon 4 May (2-6). Evening Opening £7, chd free, wine, Fri 12 June (5.30-9). Sun 14 June (2-5). Adm £5, chd free.
