NGS Open Garden - The Hawthorns

Charity garden opening under the National Garden Scheme. A woodland heritage trail leads visitors through the remnants of what was once one of the most famous late Victorian gardens in Surrey. Pendell Court is now home to The Hawthorns School, the pupils of which are actively engaged in conserving what remains of Sir George Macleay’s arboretum.
