Celebration Gala Concert
The Dementia Supportive Community in Swansea has been growing since July 2013 and gained recognition from Alzheimer's Society in September 2014 as being the first city in Wales to be working to become Dementia Friendly. The Gala Concert, sponsored by Swansea-based housing and care provider Gwalia, will celebrate this achievement with everyone involved and show support to anyone affected by dementia within the City and County of Swansea.
