Suitable for novices and experienced walkers, this 6 session course will allow you to develop your technique on Nordic walks around Marsden. Nordic walking is a fun way to walk with poles that uses over 90% of muscles and reduces stress on knees and other joints. New walkers are welcome, and equipment is provided. Booking Essential.
