Osterley Park and House - Beginner's Running Group

Learn to run in the beauiful surroundings of Osterley Park. If you are completely new to running, looking to ease yourself back into gentle exercise or training yourself for parkrun, this is the perfect group for you!
Join our qualified Run Leader instructors from our friends at the Ealing Half, in the beautiful setting of Osterley Park to gradually build your fitness and confidence in running. The group will meet every Tuesday evening for approximately one hour. New members are always welcome
