Overcoming Anxiety & Stress
Normally we respond to problems with frustration, stress and anxiety, but this response actually makes the problem worse. If instead of rejecting the situation we respond with acceptance, we give ourselves the space to see the underlying causes of stress and anxiety. It is by addressing these causes that we learn to eradicate stress and anxiety from our lives and the difficulties in our life become the means for us to fulfill our deepest wishes for happiness.
