8 Week Mindfulness Course

If you have ever felt overwhelmed, stressed or anxious within your life, there are some simple techniques that you can learn to help you to cope. Why not come along to our 8 week mindfulness course. Each week you will learn techniques to help you to remain calm and stay in the present moment, using simple meditation techniques in a calm supportive environment. Each weekly session is an hour and a half with a fully qualified Mindfulness tutor who has over 30 years of experience.
Time: Either: 1.30pm - 3pm OR 5.45pm - 7.15pm
Cost: £180 if paid in full in advance or £200 if paying in instalments. Concessions are available for those on a low income. This includes a full day ret
