Come along to this event to try your hand at sampling tasty seafood dishes, prepared by an expert chef. Throughout the session, you’ll have the chance to ask our chef any questions you have about preparing seafood, as well as learning about current research into seafood consumption in the UK.
Part of the Festival of Learning organised by Bournemouth University, there are over 150 other free activities open to the public.
