One Month Mindfulness Course
There are numerous studies that have indicated that mindfulness can do the following:
• A 70% reduction in anxiety
• Fewer visits to the GP
• Longer and better quality sleep, with fewer sleep disturbances
• A reduction in negative feelings like anger, tension, and depression
This one month’s course consists of 4 x 2 and a half hour sessions (with a half hour tea-break). Full notes will accompany the course and you will also receive 2 CDs.
Cost: £180 if paid in full in advance or £200
Course dates: July 13th to August 3rd
Taught over 4 Monday evenings, 6pm – 9 pm
