Introduction to Mindfulness Summer Workshop
There are numerous studies that have indicated that mindfulness can do the following:
• A 70% reduction in anxiety
• Fewer visits to the GP
• Longer and better quality sleep, with fewer sleep disturbances
• A reduction in negative feelings like anger, tension, and depression
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. This workshop gives a full introduction to mindfulness, perfect for anyone who would like to find out more about mindfulness and the benefits it may have.
