Messing about on the river! - A guided wildlife walk from Naturebites
The mouth of the estuary is very attractive to species such as curlew, redshank and oystercatcher. As we walk upriver we will search for freshwater waders, the likes of greenshank, common sandpiper and black-tailed godwit. Family parties of shelduck and red-breasted merganser may be present and possibly a bonus grey wagtail or kingfisher!
10:30am - 12 noon. This guided wildlife walk costs £10 per adult and children are free! We can provide binoculars upon request. For more information and to book, please call or email.
