Accompany us Wednesday 8th July to celebrate and enjoy some of the finest wines produced in Australia with a four-course Australian wine dinner in the Brasserie. Rejoice in a Perrier Jouet Champagne reception on arrival and four delectable wines from Xanadu and Mount Langi Ghiran wineries served with a delightful four-course menu. The experience will be expertly guided by our Sommelier who will share his extensive wine knowledge with guests.
