The National Eisteddfod of Wales 2015
The National Eisteddfod of Wales will be held at Meifod from 1-8 August 2015. The National Eisteddfod is Wales’ leading festival held annually during the first week of August.The Eisteddfod Festival, the pinnacle of the Welsh cultural calendar, it travels from place to place, alternating between north and south Wales giving communities across the country a chance to welcome up to 160,000 visitors over an eight day period. The Eisteddfod is held on the ‘Maes’, an area of around 35 acres of land
