Blaise Castle House Museum & Dairy

Heritage Open Day: Doors Open Day is a unique opportunity to see inside the 19th century dairy belonging to Blaise Castle House. This was a working dairy, but was also intended to impress guests and add to the impression of the Estate as a rural idyll. Built in 1804 and designed by fashionable architect John Nash, the Dairy and its lovely garden are only open to the public once a year. Visitors are invited to dress up as a dairymaid and have a go at making their own butter by hand. They can also
