Soho Engine Shed - Locomotion: The National Railway Museum at Shildon

Heritage Open Day: Visitors will have the chance to see inside the Soho Engine Shed, which is the oldest industrial building in Shildon. Visitors will be able to view the exhibits on display inside the building including the Shildon Works Bell, Beam Engine and Hackworth Plug Wheel. Children will have the chance to complete an activity trail as well as make a model of Timothy Hackworth's Sans Pareil.
