Beaminster Museum
Heritage Open Day: Beaminster Museum, located in a converted Chapel, is the local history museum for Beaminster and the surrounding villages. Its collection highlights historic local families and displays objects and images associated with local trades and schools. In particular it houses a fine collection of agricultural tools and a working church turret clock. Recent new displays on the fossils of nearby Horn Park National Nature Reserve and life during Neolithic and Roman times.
