Bridlington Old Town
Heritage Open Day: The old town of Bridlington grew up round an Augustinian Priory founded in 1113 by Walter de Gant. The medieval streets are there to see, the medieval buildings have been replaced by Georgian houses. Bridlington Priory will be open to the public and the gatehouse built in 1388, now a museum will also be open and free to look round.
