The New Club

Heritage Open Day: The New Club opened on 31st October 1874 as a private gentlemen's club, restricting its membership to prominent citizens and the higher ranks of the Armed Services. Today the Club has given up this image, by extending a warm welcome to lady members and by embracing many professions, business people, civil servants, the young and not so young.
