Darwen LEGO Tower Darwen Market Hall
Heritage Open Day: At 11am on the 11th of September visitors can witness the start of the building of a replica of the original Darwen Jubilee Tower in LEGO.
This is to celebrate the reign of Queen Elizabeth II on exceeding the reign of Queen Victoria.
The ceremony will be attended by a representative of the Lord Lieutenant of Lancashire, the Deputy Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen and the local Member of Parliament Mr Jake Berry when they will be invited to lay the 'foundation bricks'
