Wygston's House

Heritage Open Day: Wygston's House is the oldest dwelling in Leicester. Built originally of timber in the late 15th century, the house belonged to one of Leicester's leading wool merchants. A fantastic opportunity to visit the building and find out more about the building and its fascinating history. Join a Blue Badge guided tour, a costumed tour, learn about the history of Wygston House stained glass or simply come and enjoy this magnificent building.
