Heritage Open Day: St Peter's Church was built in 1864-65 to the designs of J. Medland Taylor: the stonework is in three different colours and there is a broach spire. During Heritage Open Days displays will depict the involvement of the church in the community over the years, along with information relating to soldiers from the area who gave their lives during WWI and WWII and whose names appear on the Memorial Screens within the church.
