Heritage Open Day: A series of warehouses behind the Guildhall of St George now in use as art galleries. These are attached end to end as the river great Ouse retreated westwards so as always to present a gable end to the water. The sequence begins with an early 15th century ashlar-faced building with three doorways and 16th century and later brick to the first floor. Next west was rebuilt in 18th century, then a late 15th century brick range. At the end is a bricked up watergate.
