Our Lady of the Annunciation Roman Catholic Church

Heritage Open Day: This church built in 1896 replaced a church by Pugin. It is made of local carstone in a 'crazy paving style' and has a turret carrying a spirelet. It also has a single storey shrine which is a copy of the Holy House at Loreto. From 1897 to 1934 it was the official shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham. There will be a display of Church Treasure over Heritage Open Days.
Sun 13 Sep:1000-1600. Free Entry. For more information and last-minute updates, please visit the Heritage Open Days website
