Wollaton Village Dovecote Museum

Heritage Open Day: The dovecote was built around 1565 by Sir Francis Willoughby. It fell into disrepair until restoration by Nottingham Civic Society in the 1980's.Owned by Nottingham City Council it is leased by Wollaton historical and conservation Society, whose volunteers open the Dovecote monthly as a museum of village life and for group visits.
