'Thank you Bim' - War Victims Relief work in France - 110 years on.

Heritage Open Day: Three Quakers went to visit the Marne and Meuse areas of France this year, on a treasure hunt. Bim, the father of a Dorking Quaker, spent the Great War helping civilian victims in France to reconstruct their lives - could we find the families' descendants? Were any of the old shelled buildings now restored? You can see the treasures we found in the villages, hear about those people we met, whose grandparents had kept mementos of that time.
