Heritage Open Day: The Museum will feature exhibits on writers and composers who lived in Dorking (George Meredith, Fanny Burney, Ralph Vaughan Williams), those who wrote whilst staying here (Benjamin Disraeli) and those who have set scenes from their novels here (Jane Austen's Emma, Charles Dickens' The Pickwick Papers)
