Heritage Open Day: Grade II listed building, built as the Royal Arms Coffee Tavern and Temperance Hotel in 1880. Home to the Guildford Institute since 1892, and its social, cultural and educational activities continue here to this day.
For this year's Heritage Open Days the Institute's historic library will be open. The library is a treasure trove of local heritage, including books, scrapbook albums, photographs, prints and periodicals relating to Guildford and the surrounding area.
