Alderman Fenwick's House

Heritage Open Day: A rare chance to get inside this Grade I listed, late 17th and early 18th century merchant's house. Fine paneled first floor room with decorative plaster ceiling. Beautifully restored by The Tyne and Wear Building Preservation Trust. Now in use as offices. A pop-up tea room will provide refreshments. RIBA information boards will be on display providing information about this fascinating building, revealing hidden facts and architectural tit-bits.
