Heritage Open Day: A wonderful opportunity to learn more about Gallery favourites through short talks given by the Friends of the Laing Art Gallery. On Saturday it will be on Maclise 'ALFRED in the Tent of GUTHRUM the Dane' and on Sunday it will be on Burne-Jones 'Laus Veneris'.
