St Mark's Church

Heritage Open Day: A Victorian Grade II listed Church designed by Sunderland architect Joseph Potts. Consecrated in 1872, the Church has some fine interior details including wonderful examples of stained glass windows featuring the workmanship of Hartley's Glassworks (Sunderland). The Church also houses a T. C. Lewis pipe organ and the organist will be on hand to demonstrate the instrument.
