Lower Wyke Moravian Church
Heritage Open Day: The Chapel was built in 1753, with a girls' school and sisters' house added at a later date to complete the settlement. The building is a fine example of German Moravian architecture. There will be a display of photos of the history of the Moravian Church in general and the Church at Lower Wyke. Also a tour of the settlement, including church, sisters' house, and former girls school. Church registers available to view.
