St Cuthbert's Church
Heritage Open Day: St Cuthbert's is a Grade II listed Catholic church with a set of Stations of the Cross by Eric Gill. There is also a statue of Mary as a mill girl and of the school of Gill are a statue of St Joseph and a stone relief of St Anthony. There will be a short talk on Gill, (repeated through the afternoon), and his friendship with Monsignor John O'Connor, the parish priest who persuaded Gill to make the stations for his church.
