St John's Church and Oulton Hall
Heritage Open Day: The prestigious Oulton Hall Hotel (which is a grade II listed building) was built in the 1700s and has a chequered history as a stately home, hospital for convalescing soldiers and a mental hospital. It is now a 4* hotel owned by Q Hotels.
Various areas of the hotel will be open to the public and there will be an exhibition of photographs and other historical information. The exhibition will have a focus on the relationship between the hall and the local St John the Evangelis
