Heritage Open Day: Victoria Place is a pair of houses built in 2007 on a brown fill site to the rear of a listed building on Gladstone Road in Chippenham Town Centre. No. 2 is two storey, by Jack Konynenburg and his wife Jan Morgan. They also own No. 3 which is single storey.
The development is curved in plan, and modern in design. No. 2 is 'upside down' with bedrooms and kitchen downstairs. The first floor living room is designed to maximise views across the town centre and
