Castle Coole - Castle Coole parkrun

Castle Coole is the host of the Enniskillen parkrun which is a 5k run held on the estate every Saturday morning run by enthusiastic volunteers. Taking part is completely free, you just need to register on the parkrun website to get your code, and all abilities are welcome. After your run, the Tallow Tea-room will be serving up some healthy breakfast options to set you up for the day.
