Looking to go from couch to 5km in 10 weeks' Join the beginners running group at Nostell Priory. If you've never run before or you're looking for some fun motivation to get active, join this social beginners running group. The weekly jog offers a way to improve your fitness and running skills whilst enjoying the beautiful parkland. Qualified run leaders from Ackworth Road Runners will be on hand to offer help and advice every step of the way. Booking Not Needed.
