An open day for the public to explore, at leisure, the 'Lantern of Kent' or 'little Westminster' - the beautiful Grade 1 listed parish church of Stone - next - Dartford, and to hear about some of its history. For those who wish to, (and weather permitting), there will be accompanied trips up the church tower to admire the high level extensive and uninterrupted view of the Thames towards London,across to Essex with the Queen Elizabeth Bridge on one side,and down towards G
Open from 10am - 5pm. Free entry.
