Supporting choice in dementia care at Cheltenham care home

Care UK’s Sandfields care home is inviting people in Cheltenham and the surrounding areas to find out more about ensuring loved ones living with dementia can continue to make choices about their care on 9th September.

From 2pm to 4.30pm, the free event will be led by Rhiannon Mainwaring, Mental Capacity Act independent consultant. The Mental Capacity Act (MCA) protects a person’s money, health and welfare, and can provide a vital safeguard if they can no longer make decisions on their own.
