Dukeries Theatre Group Present Rookery Nook

Dukeries Theatre Group’s autumn show is the ever funny 1920s period farce “Rookery Nook” by Ben Travers. The Twines live in a quiet seaside village. Gertrude Twine rents Rookery Nook for her newly married sister and brother-in-law, Gerald Popkiss, whose cousin Clive is also invited. The two men have an eye for the girls. Gerald’s wife is delayed, leaving him alone in the holiday home. That night Rhoda Marley, an attractive young woman and the subject of village gossip, knocks on his door seekin
The show begins at 7.30pm and will end at about 10pm.
All tickets cost £8 and are available from the Acorn Theatre Box Office in advance or on the night.
